Accounting Manager

Sandy Ballard-Hobson, is the Accounting Manager of Morgan Adams, Inc. and is responsible for the daily accounting transactions including accounts receivable, accounts payable and the postings to our clients' general ledgers. Sandy is an experienced accountant serving the office since August 1980. Sandy's responsibilities include the management of the accounts receivable including both tenant billing and collections as well as the accounts payable functions of invoice processing and check writing. Sandy is also involved with property management accounting and is in charge of inputting lease terms including CAM charges into the Yardi Property Management Accounting software.

Sandy's long-term employment has provided Morgan Adams, Inc. with a strong background regarding issues related to estimated income taxes & property tax payments. Sandy's historical knowledge and attention to detail provides management with the ability to retrieve detailed financial information on an on-demand basis.
