Nancy Marcus

General Counsel

Nancy Marcus, is the in-house General Counsel for both Marcus Adams Properties, LLC and Marcus Adams Industrial Investments, LLC and the President of CN Marcus, Inc. Ms. Marcus brings over 18 years of specialized legal experience in real estate, title and land use matters. Ms. Marcus' services for Marcus Adams include forming and monitoring the single entity limited liability companies, preparing the investment offering materials, conducting the due diligence of the investment properties on the matters of title and other legal aspects, overseeing the escrow and closing of the properties, as well as legal trouble shooting for the various limited liability companies in connection with their ownership of the investment properties.

From October 1987 through the end of 1998, Ms. Marcus worked for the boutique law firm of Levinson and Lieberman, Inc., located in Beverly Hills, California. Ms. Marcus was a litigator specializing in real estate, business and title insurance matters. When Levinson & Lieberman, Inc. disbanded in 1998, Ms. Marcus joined her husband, Craig Marcus, as the in-house General Counsel for Marcus Adams Industrial Investments, LLC.

Ms. Marcus was admitted to practice law in the State of California in 1987. She obtained her Bachelor degree in Political Science from Texas Tech University and received her Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from the University of Texas School of Law, Austin, Texas.
